The New Year REVIVE is 12-week Bootcamp programme, consisting of 2 parts.
Part 1: Starts on Sunday 5th January (6 weeks long)
Part 2: Starts on Sunday 23rd February (6 weeks long)
With 12-weeks of Bootcamp available, the New Year Revive is for those who want to kick start their fitness and make big and lasting leaps forward in their health, wellbeing and mindset.

What’s Included…
Our team of 3 instructors are packing in health assessments, 2 weekly Bootcamp sessions, 1 additional fitness class of your choice, private members website, nutrition coaching, check-ins, food guidance and high levels of support, structure and accountability for you to make huge progress.
2 x Weekly Bootcamp Sessions
Get stuck into 2 weekly full body bootcamp sessions with kettlebells, battle ropes, cardio conditioning, slam balls, core workouts, bootcamp games and more, designed to get your body fitter and stronger.
Sunday mornings, 8:00 - 9:00am (OUTDOOR - Gylly Beach)
Thursday mornings, 6:15 - 7:00am (INDOOR - Pendennis Community Centre)
1 x Additional Weekly Fitness Class
To help boost your progress, we are offering you an additional FREE class of your choice from our timetable every week. Choose from Yoga, Strength Club, Boxing, Gym Fit, Dance Fitness, Barbell Blitz, Soul Flow and LBT!
NEW! Nutritional Coaching
We will be expanding our nutritional support with a range of coaching videos designed to help you understand and engage more with your nutrition and dietary habits. Learn about the food you’re eating and what works best for you before you start making better, more informed choices which will impact your health, lifestyle and progress.
Pre and Post Bootcamp Health Assessments
To keep you mindful of making progress towards your health, fitness and overall wellbeing, we will be offering health assessments that will include the following:
Measurements of hips, waist, chest, arms and legs
Blood pressure
Peak flow test (lung function)
Waist-to-hip ratio assessment
Lifestyle questions
Goal setting
Weekly Check-Ins
To keep you on track and focused on your outcomes, you will be able to complete a weekly check-in with us online.
Private Members Website
All Bootcamp members will benefit from a private members site with everything you need to support you throughout your programme. This is available from the moment you sign up and will include recipes, toolkits and check-ins, with more additional content added each week as we progress through the programme.
