Our fitness classes are all inclusive and for anyone who wants to join a supportive community of like-minded members. We have a range of group sessions that include strength, yoga, dance and fitness sessions in the gym.

Strength Club
Strength Club is a 60 minute strength based session using a range of gym based equipment for a full body workout. We focus on training the body as a whole unit, giving you a strong, functional physique ready for anything.

Barbell Strength Club is a group strength training class that takes place at Laburnum Hall. The focus is on using barbells and training the body as a whole unit using a variety of strength training methods. Squat, push, pull, lunge, clean and press your way to a stronger self.
