Our fitness classes are all inclusive and for anyone who wants to join a supportive community of like-minded members. We have a range of group sessions that include strength, yoga, dance, fitness and boxing!

Class Guide

Strength Club
Strength Club is a 50 minute strength based session using a range of gym based equipment for a full body workout. We focus on training the body as a whole unit, giving you a strong, functional physique ready for anything.

Gym Circuits is a full body fitness session based from a specialist studio gym in Penryn. Use a whole array of equipment to work on all elements of your fitness; strength, cardiovascular and core training.
