As a member, you are already set up on our new booking system, GloFox.

To get started and access your account, simply follow the steps below.


1. DOWNLOAD THE GLOFOX APP HERE
For Android users, head over to the Play store and search for ‘GloFox’
You can also head over to our booking page, hit ‘Log in / Register’ and ‘Forgot Password’

2. OPEN THE APP AND SEARCH FOR ‘SOUL STRENGTH CORNWALL’

3. CLICK ON ‘RESET PASSWORD’ AND ENTER THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU HAVE BEEN USING FOR CLASSFIT

4. AFTER RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD, LOG IN TO THE APP

5. GO TO ‘PROFILE’ AND ‘PAYMENTS’

6. ADD YOUR CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD

Once these steps have been taken, your account will be active and you will then be able to make and manage bookings (and check out some of the new classes we’ve added for 2024 too…)

All monthly membership payments from GloFox will commence from January. Your membership on GloFox is scheduled to go out on the same date as it has currently being going out on, but your account will be set up to make bookings for upcoming classes straight away!

If your regular monthly payment goes out on a date between now and the end of December (on the 27th for example), it will do so via ClassFit before your next payment is scheduled for the same date in January.
