Step Into Autumn

A 5-week challenge that focuses on staying active and getting your steps in as the days begin to get longer!

During Autumn, we often begin to decrease the level of activity we do each day due to shorter days and a change in the weather.

Staying active during these months is important to help maintain a healthy body as well as a healthy mind.

We improve children's mental health and wellbeing through our award winning Surf Therapy programme. Surf Therapy is an evidence-based programme that enables children and young people to build confidence and overcome anxiety barriers through surfing.

What’s included?

All our challenges are run via an app which has everything you need in one place. Our aim is to keep things simple, yet effective!

Online community forum; a place to ask questions, support fellow members and update on your progress.

Goal setting; set yourself a goal to achieve by the end of the challenge and save it on your profile.

Step and activity tracker; keep all your steps and activity in one place and stay motivated to exercise.

Leaderboards; updated in realtime to reflect members progress with tasks and challenges (this is always optional).

Weekly check-ins; stay on track and focused on your targets with a weekly check-in to complete.

Feedback and support; ask questions, share your progress and support fellow challenge members.

Food journal; log what you eat each day by submitting photos and logging your meals in our simple food diary.

Lifestyle habits; you will receive daily reminders to complete certain habits which contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Make healthy lifestyle improvements; complete daily tasks and habits to see a change in your health.
